Da Vinci called on Wed and assumed that I had gotten some sort of schedule that I had never gotten.  And thus, them calling me at 10:30 to ask me to teleport back til 10, and work.  But it was fun; I got to hang out with Becca and make snow and play with tops.  Working again tomorrow.

I'm not sure how I feel about mixing Austen and monsters.  But Pride and Prejudice and Zombies and Jane Bites Back are both going to be out soon/already are out.  Though I approve of the idea of the author getting to strike back at people who have been abusing her work for 200 years... The program got written. As did the lab. Handed in, at 24 pages, the longest thing I've written while at Swat. Discounting my NANO. The 1940s version is hilarious. Period dress is antebellum south, Darcy is charming, it's black & white, and Mrs. Bennett is actually sympathetic. Darcy has the 'look' thing down, but doesn't spend quite so much time stalking around. Oh - and the entire story takes place in about 3 days.
