I went to bed at 8 last night and actually stayed in bed all night till 4. I did wake up at midnight but I was able to stay in bed and go back to sleep. That doesn't usually happen. Usually when I wake up I can't get back to sleep for a couple hours. I got 8 hours of continuous sleep last night!

Jan and I had a great hike yesterday. We went from the horse camp hill down to the dam at Two Mile. Made a loop of it and came back a different way. The trail we came back on is "closed" but we went on it anyway. There were some trees down across it but we managed. I finally got out for a good walk down back yesterday. Dave and I took the dogs down to the creek and to the lake. There was a lot of of washout from the last flood into the lake. Lots of pictures: ( Read more... )
