I've mentioned this before, and it's not that cheerful but this is the way I see it. First we have Christmas, then New Year's and then thirdly Winter (Jan, Feb, March) to get through. When that's done then things are better. We must keep marching onward to get there ( Read more... )

I just thought I might write this out to you - maybe it will help. I am tired of telling people about it - it just seems so repetitive - these depressed feelings. And who would want to hear it over and over again anyway - I don't even want to say it again. But it doesn't go away - it might lift for a while - then it's back again.
