I loved the BAFTAs this year and there were loads of moments (bad and good) that made me get up and shout at the telly.

My audition went **touches wood obsessively** well, I think. Or should I take it back? Nice peoples in charge. We did in the theatre, which I was really taken with because it was such an intimate space; low circle and high stalls. I could feel my words hanging in the silence afterwards- it was nice.

I am so excited. I've been given my first "real" acting job. I've been acting for years- centuries (touring the universe in her Tardis, giving performances of The Merchant of Venice and The Odyssey!)- but this is the first time I'm being paid.
