It's no secret I love the little anoles and have dozens and dozens of them running around my gardens all the time. This morning I was sitting out under the oak tree talking to my sister in PA on the phone and this one decided to join me. Wow! Wow!

Chilly today and when the sun came up it felt so good and warmed things up a bit.

So early this morning I'm in my studio, humming a little tune, excitedly working on the butterfly piece, when the sun finally came 'round to the south windows and I saw this giant lizard enjoying the sun himself.

I went for an early bike ride for about an hour this morning, then shopped for groceries, relaxed and watched some TV in the middle of the day, then did some laundry.
