Wow, that was really funny. I just got back from one of my cousin's soccer games, and they lost pretty bad, but that's not the funny part. The funny part was when I almost got kicked out of the game. I went to a company picnic yesterday. It was... awkward. I don't really know many of the people I work with, and they're all much older than me. My basement has been taken over by 13 year old girls. They are done with school, it is summer vacation for them, and they are watching a season of laguna beach on dvd. My lappy is all fixed up and good to go. The estimate they gave me for repair time at the apple store was 3-10 days, and it was fixed and back in my hands in 2 days. pretty slick. Go Apple. So here's the deal. My laptop gave out on me. The logic board somehow got fried... maybe in the x-ray machine at the airport? That doesn't make a whole lot of sense, really, but there's a chance that a stray x-ray could have overloaded something and caused the thing to go kaput (that's the technical explanation that we use in "the industry").
