Got back from NY last week. It was a good trip. My sis and I flew out together, which always makes traveling nicer because she lets me use her as a pillow when I fall asleep mid-flight. It's finally spring break! Early tomorrow, my sis and I are leaving to visit our parents in NY for a week. My last night in NY for a bit. Trip home has been excellent. Got to hang out with parents, and drive into NJ to see my grandma and uncle, and even spend a day in NYC. Anyone read Writing With Power by Peter Elbow? It's assigned in my composition theory class. I've read the first 50 pages, and am very impressed. He provides methods for figuring out what you want to say in a piece that allow you the flexibility and space to really explore what you have in mind before committing to a "first draft."
