nu?
It's finally spring break! Early tomorrow, my sis and I are leaving to visit our parents in NY for a week. As it's rather cold up there, I plan to spend the entire time in the house except for excursions to the movies and coffee with my brother's girlfriend, with some grading and job-searching mixed in. Then we're driving over to my grandma's in NJ and flying home out of Newark. I'm excited to go back, large part because traveling with my sis is always more fun than going alone.
Still have to do a few things, but I'm in no rush for once. Will probably stay up late waxing my legs and listening to podfic.
I think I've posted four ficlets for various challenges recently on my AO3. Will be posting links either tonight or when I get back, plus, more importantly, squee for the amazing works that were gifted to me in turn. Also, someone podficced my YT story! My cup is overflowingeth. ♥
When I get back, and when not applying for jobs and keeping up with the ones I have, I plan to knock off a few more fannish commitments, starting with a long podfic I've been struggling with. I think I finally found the right voice for the reading and will be able to make a recording that satisfies me. \o/
Trying to think what else is new, but there isn't much. OH! Except that I am going to the Night Vale live show that's coming to Portland next month! And will probably cosplay as Carlos! And I get to meet theleannansidhe there too! Good things coming up. :)
