Goals previously delineated

1. Read 20 books in 2022.  Probably read 1-2 so far.  I usually do better on vacation, where I have had none this year (outside of snowboarding).  I am reading the first Harry Potter book with my older boy.  He is only 4 so we get through 1-5 pages per day.  It is the illustrated book.  It is fun.

Didn't do very well in 2021 for physical and mental health.  I am going to work on this in 2022.  Probably starting 1/6/2021

1. Read 20 books in 2022.
2. Exercise 4+ days per week.
3. Run 5+ races - 5ks - run 200+ miles for year
4. Bike ride with kids - get new bike and ride 500+ miles for year
5. Play tennis 1-2x per week

I describe this as getting better. I was close when young. Typically detached myself during adolescence. My mom watches my eldest 3 days a week. My day comes over as well about 1/2 of the time. They stay 2-4 nights per week. It is stressful but comforting knowing my kids will see their grandparents often and are in good hands. I do not call ( Read more... )
