Didn't do very well in 2021 for physical and mental health. I am going to work on this in 2022. Probably starting 1/6/2021
- Read 20 books in 2022.
- Exercise 4+ days per week.
- Run 5+ races - 5ks - run 200+ miles for year
- Bike ride with kids - get new bike and ride 500+ miles for year
- Play tennis 1-2x per week
