Well, after such a nice day yesterday, it is back to the overcast blandness.

I am waiting for the food delivery from Morrisons and the postman to collect a parcel.

Meanwhile, it's back to the music.

So far not been a rough day but rain is still expected. Currently listening to music by Ennio Morricone.

Soon I will be having lunch. Another peppered steak with mushrooms, creamed spinach, and jacket potato.

Once again I left early to do my visits to Ramsgate. I was not the only adult on the Chalkwell 355 bus as among the children there were two females with babies in prams. I then had breakfast at my usual pub and then forward to Ramsgate. I completed the two jobs and just finished the reports now ( Read more... )

I guess you had to be optimistic if you expected to stay sunny all day. It started that way but by midday, our hopes were dashed. There might be a renewal of sunshine after three but I do not hold my breath much for it ( Read more... )

A nice sunny day so far and a little warmer than yesterday. I just pottered around listening to music and reading. Did not bother going into town, the last day of the weekend Hop festival in town. It gets way too crowded with drunkards from out of town not wanting to be part of the pagan festival. Mind you, I do miss the Morris Men and their dances ( Read more... )
