A quiet relaxing day on the whole ( Read more... )

It was another productive day. Three charity shop visits completed in Canterbury, Herne Bay and Whitstable. I was back in Faversham around three and perused the vinyl in Saturnalia. I bought an LP for eighteen pounds in the sale. I had the album on CD when it first came out back in the nineties but was not on vinyl until 2022.  It is also in ( Read more... )

I forgot to post anything yesterday. I guess I was busy -- doing nothing.
I did some reading though and listened to some new purchases.
Dinner was pepperoni pizza washed down with wine.
Plus, a few hours of siesta sleeping.

The last two mystery shops for this month are now completed. It was an early start to get to Beckenham for the first visit. I was up at five and on the train towards London at 6:30 AM. I walked out of the charity shop with a hardback book and two CDs.

Monday is always quiz night telly-wise for me. After the three shows finished I normally watch something else.

Not tonight. I decided to listen to the Dvorak box set and listen to number eight, followed by the famous number nine.

Having wathced the original Orphan Black series I decided to binge watch the recently added Orphan Black: Echoes as it was only ten episodes long. I did this over three evenings. I then realised by checking media sites that the new series was cancelled after the one season and that it ended on a cliffhanger - now to be unresolved ( Read more... )
