A much better day weather wise. Generally sunny and warm reaching 23C. Good for more sunbathing.

I walked into town to send off another load of books and media to Ziffit.

I also had another voucher from Shepherd Neame, our local brewers in Faversham. Thus, in the Limes pub I had a free Margarita.

I have made a decision to keep off the beer for at least a month. I will probably stick to wine for my meals. I need to reduce some weight anyway.

This is Day One.

Mid-afternoon I had cocktails with Sue, Anna, and Mary in the garden. This was after lunch when I had my couscous and potato mash with onion and gorgonzola cheese. I am going to have the chicken tomorrow now.

There was a cold wind today so I dod not do any sunbathing.
