Not indulging in food and alcohol today.
Well, certainly on the food,
We had low-alcohol Bucks Fizz so the only real alcohol I had was the wine.
That is now finished.

A quiet day of reading and listening to music.

Today was our Xmas party at Waterstone Place. We had a raffle with prizes in which we achieved £232 pounds from the raffle of which £100 went to the Porchlight charity that looks after the homeless and enables them to be housed. The rest will go back into the pot for other good courses and our Xmas meal on Thurdday ( Read more... )

It has been a day of relaxing and reading. A day of listening to music and listening to the radio.
A day of eating quality pizza and a day of drinking a good wine..

I forgot to post anything yesterday. I guess I was busy -- doing nothing.
I did some reading though and listened to some new purchases.
Dinner was pepperoni pizza washed down with wine.
Plus, a few hours of siesta sleeping.

Arrived at my brother's pad last night just after six. We had pizza for dinner washed down with Merlot vino. Then a large quantify of whisky afterwards.

Feel slightly tired but now after a wash I feel much more refreshed.

After the cold miserable Saturday,, today it's been very hot and sunny reaching 28 C.

I did some sunbathing as well. Listened to recent CD finds and purchases.

Lunch was a Carbonara Bianca pizza washed down with a fine vino.

The delivery from the supermarket arrived roughly on time. Lots of good healthy stuff and a four pack of ale and a bottle of wine.

Lunch was haggis,neaps and tatties washed down with a glass of red wine.
