The other day we had a good little get together with some of the old work colleagues. I mentioned that I feared that someone would probably try and stab me or some other aggression and that shocked people a little bit. We had a night out last night, we went to see Beck, with Meg Mac playing as well. I got the ticket for Francisca as a Christmas present, and she loved it, so in that regard it was a success.

I went to see Grinspoon on the weekend, playing the Guide to Better Living album. I've been hanging out for this for ages and it didn't disappoint. What did disappoint was waiting for 45 minutes in the queue for beer though. That wasn't such a problem though when you buy 4 drinks and don't need to go back in the line. I went and saw the band Like Thieves last night. I wasn't expecting a big crowd as the promotion had been very limited (ie: none), but I thought that "Clint from The Butterfly Effect" would draw a few numbers in. Those numbers were very low though. I am going to Lollapalooza today, tomorrow also. I have a free ticket. Foo Fighters are headlining, they play tomorrow for 2.5 hours. Today I am keen to see Crosses.
