So, I was in a car accident yesterday. This is unremarkable, as car accidents happen every day. What is remarkable is I had another accident earlier this year. (March? April? I'm not sure.) Both accidents are not my fault, but that doesn't really matter. Both were freak accidents, to say the least.

I'm going to be headed out to Galveston next week, and if I'm lucky, I might get a gallery out there. I hope I do. Dallas is rather weird about allowing new artists in. They prefer for them to become established, and then come back to Dallas. Why? No idea, but it's been that way for years. *shrug*

So this is a current favorite, Monstera Deliciousa. Yes, that's it's name, and that is the name of the plant as well. It translates to "delcious monster", of course. It's called that, because when it does give off fruit, the fruit tastes like a delicious fruit cocktail. But don't eat it before it's ripe, or the oxalic acid with burn your lips ( Read more... )
