I need to be more careful about the kickstarters I back. One time I backed what ended up being a phony project (luckily Kickstarter shut it down), and this time I backed one that was in China. I could have sworn that it was Canada. I don't like packing projects outside of North America because if I ever need to return something, it's costly. ( Read more... )

I just bought the Vitamix dry grains container on sale.

Do you know what this means? Come winter, if I want to try signing up for the grain CSA, I will be ready!
