EDIT AT 3PM - ok, now it feels more like a muscle issue than just my spine hurting.

I dunno - I always thought it was obvious that more noise helped alleviate the tinnitus. It's why I go to sleep listening to music all the time. But I'm not surprised that often times there's no known reason for cause.https://

I restrained myself from turning on the heat last night. I don't remember having any hives today.

In the wee hours of the morning today, my tummy was slightly itchy. Got to work, had mild hives on torso. Right now, mild hives on upper back.
