3/4c apricot preserves

Wisk ingredients together until smooth. Brush on food turning frequently, during last 20 mins of cooking. Makes 1.5c.

Trader Joe's package uncooked shrimp and large scallops
Marinate in gook package seasoned italian dressing, mixed with 1/3c lemon juice and 2/3c oil. Put on skewers & barbecue 10min large scallop, 2-4mins shrimp.
for veggies, parboil onions and peppers 3-4 mins.

Heat BBQ to high 10 min. Pam grill after brushing, cut heat to 3/4.
Grill 4 min on 1st side to get grill marks, turn & pam again.
Grill 3 mins, check, turn. Put on BBQ sauce, cook 1 more min. Check for done & take off grill.
For thighs and legs, cook 25 mins on low.

A1 Original Steak Sauce
2T soy sauce
2T packed brown sugar
1t ginger ground
2 cloves garlic, minced
beef sirloin or chicken, cut in thin strips
Marinate 1 hour

1 29oz can beans or use 2 cans black beans or 3 cans poquito beans
1 4oz can chopped green chilies
3/4t chili powder
1t ground cumin
2t BBQ sauce
Drain 1/2 of liquid from beans and put in pan. Add chilies and seasonings and sauce. Stir in. Simmer on low heat 30-45 mins or put in 350° oven 34-40 mins. Stir occasionally.

Marinade lamb chunks in herb and garlic dressing with lemon juice w/little soy sauce and worch sauce in it.
Sprinkle meat with lemon pepper and BBQ for about 12-15 mins turning. Then put on zucchini, green pepper chunks, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms that have marinaded about an hour.
