Feeling great today. Ended up going to bed fairly early (1130ish) and slept hard for about 4 hours then just flopped for another two hours or so. Pretty good compared to how I've been sleeping lately. Not tired at all during the day and I have lots of energy ( Read more... )

I've been going hard at it about 20+ hours every day for the last few days and the strange thing is, even as exhausted as I feel when I lay down, I can't get to sleep. Once I'm up and going again I feel just fine. Wondering wondering ( Read more... )

Tearing out and replacing some hard wood floors at the house. Found some reclaimed pine that is the same size as the water damaged oak and once in I should be able to make it look quite a lot like the original that is in about 60% of the rest of the house. That's the plan at least ( Read more... )

Hoping to pick up my road/tt bike tomorrow. My son-in-law has had it for the last 6 or 7 years. He borrowed it to do a triathlon and kept it. Not that I was of mind or body to hit the roads at the time. But now I'm excited and can't wait to start logging some miles.

What's most amzing to me recently, say in the last few months, is how my libido has gone through the roof! And it's not just my libido but "physical" things closely related lol.
