I didn't sleep well again last night. I'm always trying to pin it down to something I ate or drank but that doesn't seem to be the case. Life. Maybe I'll work out really hard tonight and exhaust myself. That seemed to work decently last week.

Taking the day off from the shop tomorrow to go picking. I have a stop to make up in Gillsville, GA northeast of Atlanta around 8 AM, then down near Jonesboro south of Atlanta sometime after lunch, and then hopefully I can swing up through Midtown to pick at a friend's place to round it all out. I'm having to be thrifty though but it will be a worthwhile trip nonetheless.

My passport is expired so if I get the opportunity I need to go by the passport office. Probably also the drivers license office as my old picture looks nothing like me.

I'm losing weight again. Not intentionally. Just not into eating right now though I need to be. What doesn't help is when you've remove junk from your life (in my case anything made with sugar, wheat, rice, corn, or potatoes) it takes a lot of other food - ie garden vegetables, meat, fats) to maintain what I think is a good weight for me - 184 lbs. But my body seems to want to get into the 170s. I'm trying to add muscle along the way so maybe that will help. It just takes a bit longer to gain muscle than it does to lose fat. And my motivation as been lacking as of late...
The jeans I'm wearing today are 30 inch waist straight cut and they are sliding off of me. I'm almost afraid to check the scale but I probably should in the morning.
