I just achieved the seemingly impossible. Because I'm crazy I decided to pick up my old bike from Oxford and take it back to York. It's old and crappy (as you all well know) but it got me to London last year and I love it very much. It sounds easy in theory to move a cycle from Oxford to London. I'm just under a month into work and I find myself with a week's annual leave. Hurrah. And I received my first ever pay cheque (I don't really count the few pounds I earned working in the buttery in third year) last week. I'm not going to be a homeless doctor :). I travelled to York and back yesterday to look at a house in some crazy 500 mile round trip which actually went very smoothly.
