...aaaand the last exam is in the can. I didn't do too badly at translating from Japanese to English, but flubbed four or five questions on writing kanji from memory. I had trouble getting to LJ last night, so this is what I would have written back then.

I got through the Evil Exam of 20C Chinese Lit. & Soc. I may not have written well, but I certainly wrote a lot - 29 pages. (I tend to double-space to give room for editing, and write large because my hand doesn't cramp so much, so it's not that impressive) ( Read more... )

It is unspeakably horrid, but, is printed.

All that remains is to slip it in the slot of the Extramural Building thingy.

Damned Essay Update:

Rough draft of first half completed. Could do with a bit of whittling and commenting on the more salient points. Tired, cranky - procrastination takes it out of one!
