I'm on Day 4 of my 4-day stretch of 13-16 hour days. Tonight's going to be the doozy, I'm working from at 4ps from 6 until probably about 2:30. I doubt I'll get out any later than that. I plan to start back on South Beach this weekend. I've been okay about eating the past couple of weeks, forgoing the fries and white bread.
