I plan to start back on South Beach this weekend. I've been okay about eating the past couple of weeks, forgoing the fries and white bread. One of my favorite "healthy" options at 4P's is to order a Chicken and Irish bacon sandwich, tell them to hold the bread and give me a side of steamed vegetables.
