I love my friends! Today, some of the OASES people and friends went to Great America Haunt, which was spookifantabulistical! I'm so glad we got to do it, because we almost didn't!!

Okay, so today I didn't get nearly as much writing done as I said I would (I'm making up for it right now), but today was so good! Thank you so much for my friends who made my birthday one of the happiest ever. ^^ It was yesterday, and I still have this satisfied (if not completely "elated"--I'm so tired) feeling lingering from the hours spent out with them. It feels surreal thinking about it now that I've been here in Hong Kong for an entire summer, but my flight is at 10 and I think I'll miss it. Some of it, anyway. Probably most.

I just got back from Taipei at around 6 this evening after a typhoon. The weather almost did me in, because 1) It could have delayed our flight, and 2) It nearly cost me valuable time with friends on my last day in Taiwan.
