Well today started badly AND early. I was awoken at 6 am by the stereo of the person downstairs coming on at full volume. After a disgruntling (to say the least) day at work, i came home and dozed for 3 hours. I would have said slept, but the person in the flat below has progressed on from playing music really loudly to having acquired a bass guitar and amp, which i think explains why i dozed ( Read more... )

It makes me feel better anyhoo :-)

And it serves them right for doing their vacuuming at 2am on a weekly basis - **true! - they are that strange!**

Went out with Kr last night to the pub in Reddish where his fiance J works some shifts at the weekend to supplement her earnings as a teacher. Kr is out of work at the moment, so they're a bit broke. There's not much going on at the moment. I seem to be at some sort of hiatus in my life. Everyone else is getting on with things and all i can do is watch. I hope this is transient and not going to be like this for any prolonged period of time.

We're having a party at our house on Friday to celebrate everyone's exams being finished and us all having finished degrees, regardless of how well (or other) we have passed them!
