Last week I worked Monday and Wednesday thru Saturday nights. I was supposed to be off Sunday, but there were not enough aides so a coworker convinced me to work that night provided she drive me there as the bus I take does not stop at the hospital on weekends and getting there on Saturday was difficult ( Read more... )

Things you probably should not do when the fire alarms in your room flash and sound:

1. Go up to them and see if there is any way to turn them off.

2. Peep outside thinking you will find a clue out there as to why they went on.

3. Inspect them more closely to see if there really isn't some way to at least make the high pitch beeping noise stop first.

I don't know what time I went to bed last night. I only know it was somewhere between 11:30 PM & just after midnight. So, I'm settled into a motel for the next week. I got a room with darn good wi-fi reception, but naturally it also involves neighbors who have to have their TV rather loud. Ah well.

1. No strange, creepy noises lately.

2. A new neighbor moved in above me on Saturday. A very young girl with a son, probably 3 or 4 years old. The girl and her other girlfriends partied all weekend.
