My psych says that obsessiveness is part of my bipolar. Do any of you deal with obsessiveness? Isn't it freakin' draining? I spent 15 fucking hours making the ~*perfect*~ grocery list and I'm still not done. Any thoughts on how to ease it?

So, last night I went out for a few drinks, then went to breakfast with some new friends. One guy was telling us all about his epilepsy, he said he's on Depakote, and then the girl next to me said she's on Seroquel. The Seroquel is doing it's job.....for now.

Jeez....Now that I''ve read all the other posts about doseages of 300-700mg....my piddly 25 mg is nothing.

My only fear is the weight gain....When I started taking Effexor, it made it so that I couldn't lose the remainder of the baby weight...now there is a possibility I could gain more????!!!!

does anyone else have terrible obsessive thoughts ALL the time? I constantly have obsessive thoughts about getting pregnant, car crashes, death of family members and myself, going to the hospital...I hate this...hopefully I'm not alone.
