I've been dealing fairly well with the weather changes, or so I thought until a few days ago. Now I'm really depressed and freaked out. My moods are swinging like crazy. So, I'm in an odd situation.  My moods are very stable and I feel better than I have in years.  I take 2.5 75mg Wellbutrin a day for depression, 1 5mg Zyprexa a day for mood stabilization, and up to 3 clonazepam a day for anxiety.  It's taken us years to get to this point where I feel so good and normal.  But I mentioned to my pdoc that I was ( Read more... )

My Doc just gave me a script for Kolonopin today to help with the Panic and Anxiety but I know very little about it.

Anyone with any words of encouragement or dismay that they can give to me?

Lots of changes comimg up; big ones. Moving, yes, it's a good change but still change, working, taking care of myself. Yesterday I had a hard time breathing all day. Last night there were some signs that I'd had another ministroke. I absolutely refused to let my son call 911. I've been hospitalized 6 times this year. Enough already ( Read more... )
