Geoff and I are driving to my Mom's as soon as we finish packing and setting up Fork.  Midnight, the oldest of our three kitties, is very sick.  His biopsy came back cancerous, and the vet says he's in a lot of pain.  He also can't eat because of a sore he has on his tongue, and they don't think he'll make it to next weekend... so Geoff is being ( Read more... )

Hello everyone.  This is just a quick update to ask for some support for me and my family...  My Great-Grandma passed away on Tuesday.  She got sick two weeks ago, and the infection got into her heart, and being as she was 95, it was too much for her.  Her memorial service is tomorrow, so we're traveling to NY after my sister's done school today.  ( Read more... )

That's right everyone, it's back again.  That miserable, crazy, stressful period of 4 days that we all despise.  Today was Reading Day 1.  I mostly wasted it.  I went to the library and copied the biochem study guides, read through them all, and made a list of questions for tomorrow's review session.  I also read through about half of my pchem ( Read more... )

I can't wait to go home... I love Sage, I really do, but I need some time away, and a nicer mattress.  Even if it's only for one night.  And I get to see my sister in her Senior play.  It's "Lost in Yonkers" which I've never seen before.  But she's playing an ornery old German woman who hits people with sticks, so I really can't miss it.  :D   ( Read more... )
