Fork doesn't seem to like his new hidey box very much.  He doesn't go in it very much, and he hasn't figured out the ramp yet.  Hopefully he'll get used to it soon.  Our new neighbor's puppy has developed separation anxiety.  He howls all day long, and scratches at the door every time I come back from classes.  I feel bad because he thinks I'm his ( Read more... )

I am going to bed... my lack of concentration ability is driving me nuts.  I'm hoping my brain just needs to reboot, so I'm getting up at quarter to six tomorrow to continue studying.  Then I'll take my exam at 8, haggle with student services, and spend the rest of the day in the library watching French movies and taking notes.  :-P

I finished my last lab write up for the semester!  Yay!  I'm very glad to be done with that lab... it kicked my butt.  I hate, hate, hate doing analytical work by hand.  I have a much greater appreciation for all my instruments now.  I made my notebook all pretty and made sure it had all the info it needed and now I'm watching telly.  New episode ( Read more... )

Started doing the dishes this afternoon and realized that the sink was draining reeeeealy slowly...  The drain also smells funny, which leads me to believe a large-ish piece of food made its way down there and has become stuck.  Baking soda and vinegar didn't loosen it up, so now I have to put off the dishes again, and wait for Geoff to get some ( Read more... )
