(no subject)
One final down, two more to go. I handed in my Arthurian Lit paper, and I've been trying to study for tomorrow's Chem Analysis exam but I'm having trouble concentrating. I feel very blah, and I still have a lot of stuff to do for my grad school applications. I wanted to have them all done by now, but then finals snuck up on me. I'll work on them on Friday while Geoff's at work I guess, and hopefully I can get them in before Christmas. I have to get my transcripts from Student Services (joy), finish my personal statements, and get my last GRE score report sent. I wish they didn't all have different things they wanted to personal statements... the one I wrote for RPI was pretty general, but the rest of them have something specific they want, so I have to write 5 different ones. :-P
Geoff and I went to the mall yesterday... it was really crowded. I got a DVD for Grandpa, and some fancy dipping sauces for Uncle Duane and Aunt Diana. I also got a little beer mug ornament to put in Mom's stocking, and we got a penguin "Our First Christmas" ornament with our names on it. :-) I wanted to get Geoff the triple cheeseburger ornament, but they didn't have any more. I'm excited to go home for Christmas. I miss seeing my family, and the pets. It will also be nice to have a break from school. I like classes, but it gets stressful toward the end of the semester.
Tomorrow: Take chem analysis exam, request transcripts, watch movies for French Film paper
Wednesday: Write French Film paper, clean apartment, pack
Thursday: Write French Film presentation, continue cleaning and packing, Dinner/presentation at Madame's
Friday: Work on grad school apps, pack up Fork, make road dinners, go home!
