MDF day three felt the aches and pains for sure and this being packed with awesome bands -STARTING at 1 PM,
made it hard to find time to take breaks. But you soldier on for the metal, fueled by beer, fest food
and the occasional vodka lemonade...

Use or lose. Burn it. Corporate scorched earth policy dictates you have no vacation days past the end of the year.
The concept of a vacation is an issue for me. Never got used to a week or more off but I do need to make it an issue...

Yesterday and today played out like a vacation. Low key and relaxing.

Walking over most of downtown and old neighborhoods, I hit two brewpubs, a hipster dive bar and a
vegetarian/vegan restraunt that I revisited for lunch today. Very nice key lime and coconut cream pies.

Very odd day as MDF organizers didn't do anything to compensate for Carpathian Forest having pulled out and
Venom's set abruptly ended to a fire marshal not on the same page as permit issuers.
