A friend of mine put together a synthesizer meet up at his business' warehouse today.
Plenty of vintage analog -always cool to see freaky modded stuff.
I'd like to play with modular synths more, will look into that.

My contribution was that I brought my electro-drum rig with a few Kawai XD-5 kits for people to bang on.

My draw to the esoteric anchored Evelyn in my memory.

Early to mid 80’s, she was featured in a Modern Drummer magazine interview that changed my view of percussion due to her approach. She’s deaf - funky in that she’s got an accent when I watched this video.
