I've been a tennis fan rather than a media fan this week; the only TV I've watched has been the US Open and the news. Well, and the Leverage finale, but that's all I had time for. Which yes, means I haven't watched the White Collar summer finale, or The Vampire Diaries season premiere, or Project Runway, or any of it.

... now that Robin Soderling has beaten Roger Federer in the quarterfinals of the French Open. I was so hoping for a Roger and Rafa final, and now I'm worried that Soderling will beat Rafa like he did last year. Although at least Rafa's knees seem to be better. Roger Federer & company have organized a mixed doubles charity event for Haiti in Melbourne, Australia. A bunch of players are there for the Australian Open, which starts Monday. I am totally confused now when someone mentions "Bones" out of context. These days, due to my Star Trek fixation, Bones=Dr. McCoy. However, it also means that show I find very enjoyable, with its titular character, who is also called "Bones".
