Julian made a bookshelf out of his big cardboard brick blocks. He put all of his Curious George Books on the shelf, and then set Curious George (the stuffed animal) next to it and brought me in to show me his work. He was very proud. Yesterday we went shopping at a store that has carts with double seating capacity, we placed both children in the seats. It was Serenity's first time sitting in a cart. While that might not sound like such a big deal, it requires her t onot only be able to sit up, but to be able to do so in an at least fairly stable manner ( Read more... )

Julian conked out around 11 pm, Serenit stayed up a little longer. She woke up at midnight when Daddy and I kissed (she was in Daddy's arms). By two minutes after, she was asleep again.
