My OSCE's are done.  There was one station that I feel I didn't do well in, ironically with the same assessor who did the station that I thought I bombed back in June!   Oh well, it's done.  Hopefully I did well enought that I don't need to remediate anything.

I'm having a hard time putting my thoughts together to write about yesterday.  It was sort of fun, I learned a lot, I'm glad to get started on this (I think), and it's scary as hell. The amount of information we were given was un-believable; I took 12 pages of hastily written notes and ran out of ink in my pen.  Yeah.

 I woke up this morning with jolts of pain going up my back.  I went to the chiropractor (for the first time since October!?) and now I feel a bit better.  He was quite surprised at how tight and knotted my upper back and shoulders were.  I'm determined to go for a good massage before I leave next month ( Read more... )

I dutifully packed up my computer and books to work on my modules over the next few days but the books are across the room doing a nice job of holding down the chair, and they shall stay there for tonight.

I had a marathon phone call with birthingway today; it was wonderful to catch up with her life now that she's home, and of course to hear more about her experiences in the IMPP.  After the phone call I was equally inspired and terrified - lol!  I know that my self confidence has taken an ass-kicking in the past couple of years but I'm going to have to revive ( Read more... )
