The rains just keep coming! Today, it hasn't yet rained but it sure looks like it is headed that way. This is really sad because we are hiring Ellen's son, Cody, to come weed-eat our yard. I had an appointment with the ENT (ear, nose, throat) doctor yesterday to check on my ear (including cleaning and powdering the inside), discuss my upcoming surgery now set for July 6, the Monday following the Fourth of July (holiday here for those who are not American's), and see the audiologist about my hearing aide. Yesterday was a long day for us.I had two doctor's appointments, back to back, on opposite sides of our town! It was a beautiful day, and I had no problems going down the front steps (many of them, on a steep hillside). I noticed that the day lilies are starting to come up. I am exhausted today and all my muscles are screaming in pain. Yesterday we drove to Kingsport, TN again, for me to see the Rheumatologist Phys. Assistant. She is such a great caregiver!
