at work we sell these transparent, coloured glass balls that you can hang in your garden. on the sign displaying their name they are called "witches [or friendship] balls".

i feel so very sick this morning!

ugh.
i felt sick last night and thought it would go away but it just got worse. my stomach aches and i have to go to work and make and serve food.

i think i haven't been eating properly lately. the summer heat means i don't cook which is not good.
