Today's Groundhog's Day, and apparently, good 'ol Phil didn't see his shadow -- and the last time he didn't was in 1999, and, since this tradition started in the late 1800's, he hasn't seen his shadow only 14 times (there were 9 years in which there's no record of seeing/not seeing).
