On my way back from working out down at Mitchell, my face was practically frozen, so I've come to the conclusion that I'm going to stay in my room (or, at least, in my dorm) for the rest of the day, if possible. I finally did a real workout today, yay! Well, I guess you could count my walk down to the point and back as one as well, but today seems more like an official workout, because I walked (and ran a little) on the treadmill for 30 minutes--using this cardio thing with tough inclines from Fitness magazine--and then did some weights and random ( Read more... )

You know what's strange? I'm not really exercising, and I'm eating a lot more than I used to be eating, but my weight's not going up! Actually, it was 90.5 lbs last Tuesday, which is surprising, seeing as I had my period and felt really bloated then (pretty unusual, huh?), and then it was 91 this week. Jeez!
