I finally did a real workout today, yay! Well, I guess you could count my walk down to the point and back as one as well, but today seems more like an official workout, because I walked (and ran a little) on the treadmill for 30 minutes--using this cardio thing with tough inclines from Fitness magazine--and then did some weights and random exercises from a couple magazines. You know, one thing about going on the treadmill that I really like is that you can watch TV at the same time (lol) -- I was watching "The Colbert Report" and "Home Improvement," which are both pretty funny and somewhat mindless, so I can still focus on my workout. And it definitely felt good to finally be able to do that! I just have to make sure that I don't go too overboard with the exercising, and also that I eat enough.
