Rhia and I took a bus to Horseshoe Bay today for takeout lunch at Troll's (think White Spot/Milestones quality food right beside the ocean, while ferries to the many islands off the BC coast are docking and casting off all day). I accidentally on purpose stayed downtown much too late tonight (it gets dark at six-thirty now). It was pretty dark by the time I started to make my way back to the Skytrain, and the night crowd was just starting to appear on the streets. Yes, that's what I screamed today running up and down Commercial Drive. For those who don't live in the area/don't know, Commercial Drive is an area of Vancouver known as "Little Italy" because it's the center of most Italian activity in the city. The Italian population is HUGE there.
