I made a double-batch of pumpkin bread, which I poured into two loaf pans and baked in the same oven at the same time for the same *amount* of time. The only difference was a scattering of walnuts on top of one of the loaves. At the end of an hour, one was done in the center; the walnut one wasn't. I've got two loaves of pumpkin bread cooling on the counter, and once they're ready to come out of the loaf pans, I'm going to get started on some almond butter cookies. So it's only been nearly a month since my last post. Been a bit busy, honestly. Too much has happened for a detailed explanation, so I'll give you the short version.
