Ladies and gentlemen, at long last, I can say the words I've been wanting to say for four months:

I own a home.

Yes, indeed, I actually signed the papers today. I own the condo in which I currently sit. Well, the bank and I do. But still! No more rent--I'm paying into my own equity!

Wow. WOW. How cool is that?? :D

This is TWO DAYS IN A ROW I have posted. And two days in a row I have read my flist! I only (!) went back to skip=200 yesterday, so if you posted anything prior to, oh, the 17th, I missed it. (Starting back around February-ish, that is.) Anything you want me to see? Linky linky ( Read more... )
