Came back from Canada yesterday. Had a lovely time with my friends, and a not-so-lovely time with the assholes next door who were blasting their bass all frickin' night. I didn't say anything because it was, after all, New Year's Eve, but still. :P

I really needed those days away. REALLY needed them. dameruth and countessaleska are wonderful hosts and loads of fun, and of course Kitty Fry and Kitty Tippy made the visit complete. :) The drive--six hours each direction--really helped, too.
