I finally got off my ass about donating to No on Proposition 8. I can't vote in California's election (nor, apparently, New York's -- I'm still waiting on voter registration confirmation!) but I want to stand up and be counted, if nothing else.

Oh yeah, in partial response to lumiere's last post: can we please stop calling the Republican Party "the GOP"? Grand Old Party they may have been, but their leadership fell off the sanity bus at least a decade ago.
