Oh yeah, in partial response to lumiere's last post: can we please stop calling the Republican Party "the GOP"? Grand Old Party they may have been, but their leadership fell off the sanity bus at least a decade ago. These are people who put the phrase "life health of the mother" in air quotes and disenfranchise, in the name of electoral transparency, thousands of legally registered voters who are likely to go Democrat (also Google "michigan foreclosure voter" if your blood pressure is feeling at all low today.) There is nothing grand about them. Words do have power, and they don't deserve it.
