Tiramisu might seem like something that's hard to make, but it's not. I followed the recipe given on the back of Alessi Ladyfingers and photo chronicled it. Teddy and I headed out to Phipps the day after Christmas to check out their winter show. So, on Monday, a construction truck thought it would be a plan to knock a rock into my car, so now from today until Wed/Thurs I am without a car so I can get the $750 damage repaired. I only have to pay $250 (rather than $500) cause the rock was knocked up from the ground rather than falling off the truck like the last time my car got damaged. ( Read more... )
